Violent Lamborghini Gallardo Crash in Germany

The Lamborghini Gallardo you see in the adjacent image was brought in this state yesterday, with the crash taking place in the proximity of Munich, Germany and the driver being injured in the unfortunate event.

The 29-year old man tried to overtake while driving at night, but the driver soon realized that he won’t be able to make it in time, as another car was coming the other way. He wanted to return to his lane, but he lost control of the Lambo on the wet road.

The man hit an electrical box on the side of the road, with the car ending up on the grass. The driver was seriously hurt in the crash and he was immediately transported to the hospital and as for the vehicle, this is looking like it will be a write-off.

Axe-Wielding Maniac Destroys Ferrari 612 Scaglietti

Reports have surfaced about a Ferrari 612 Scaglietti that got destroyed over the weekend at a Scottish Ferrari dealership. How did it get destroyed? By an axe-wielding maniac apparently!

It appears that a man got into the Graypaul Ferrari garage in Fort Kinnaird near Edinburgh and proceeded to smash the windows of the supercar with an axe. After causing around £40,000 worth of damage, the man slashed the tyres and fled the scene. The entire act was caught on CCTV.

The car belonged to Rajinder Singh, a property developer from Kilmacolm, Renfrewshire who booked the car in to get a pump fixed. The Daily Record quotes him as saying:

It is bad enough that this has happened but the garage have been useless. The whole thing is a bad joke. I gave the garage a car worth more than £200,000 and they give me back a car that is effectively written off. The police asked me if there could be anyone who has a grudge against me but the garage is miles from my home. No one would have known it was my car. The police say they have investigated, got no leads and say there’s nothing else they can do.

Car Crash: Pearlescent Audi R8 Crashed in Dubai

We have no information on how this accident happened, however, a pearlescent Audi R8 has been spotted missing a front wheel outside a tuning shop in Dubai. As you’ll see from the pictures, the pearlescent bodywork is in fact a wrap covering the factory silver paint.

The R8 is missing its entire front wheels. The back wheel arch also appears to have sustained damage so we suspect the R8 either hit another vehicle or a solid wall. The damage looks repairable provided that the suspension isn’t too badly damaged. Photos are thanks to Dubai-based spotter 4WheelsofLux.

Car Crash: Lindsay Lohan Wrecks Rented Porsche 911

One of the biggest stories currently doing the rounds on the internet celebrity gossip sites involves Lindsay Lohan and a brand new Porsche (991) 911. It appears that Lohan has had yet another accident during the week, writing off the brand new Porsche by crashing into the back of a truck. TMZ reports that Lohan was temporarily hospitalised by the incident, however, we are told that she was not injured.

Reports suggest that Lohan was driving the Porsche at the time with her assistant in the passenger seat. There is some suggestion that the car was a rental. The entire front was wrecked as the car clearly hit the back of an 18-wheel truck. Lohan reportedly blamed the accident on the truck driver changing lanes without any indication. The truck driver appears to be claiming the opposite, that Lohan simply drove into the back of trailer.

Following the incident, Lohan was bundled into the back of a Cadillac Escalade and taken to hospital while her assistant was taken in an Ambulance. Police are investigating the incident and have confirmed so far that neither of the drivers were intoxicated.
