The New Audi A3 Hits Britain. Pricing Announced

The third generation of the Audi A3 has been made available for order in the UK market, available only as a three-dorr hatchback model.

Pricing for the range starts at £19,205 and can go up to £26,560. Right now, only three engines are available, a 1.4 TFSI (122 PS) mated to a six-speed manual, a 1.8 TFSI (180 PS)coupled with a seven-speed S tronic and lastly the 2.0 TDI (150 PS) with a six speed manual.

These can be specified in three equipment grades, including the base SE, Sport and range-topping S line.

The base SE gets you standard suspension alloy wheels, air conditioning, MMI radio with electrically folding screen, Audi Music Interface iPod connection and Bluetooth.

The Sport comes with a firmer suspension, 17-inch wheels, climate control, sportier seats, sports steering and aluminum interior accents.

Lastly, the S line body kit mimics the look of the upcoming S3, 18-inch wheels, xenon headlights and LED DRLs and leather inserts.
