It comes with a sporty exterior design and for those customers looking for a more aggressive styling, an AMG body kit. The diesel range of the new Mercedes A-Class (2013) will include the A180 CDI (80 kW / 109 hp and 250 Nm), the A200 CDI (100 kW / 136 hp and 300 Nm), and the A220 CDI (125 kW / 170 hp and 350 Nm).

All versions of the new A Class will come with ECO start/stop and a six-speed manual transmission as standard. Optionally, Mercedes will sell the 2013 A-Class with the 7G-DCT dual-clutch automatic gearbox.
